About Moringa
What is Moringa?
Moringa is a plant of the Wasabi family native to North India. It has a strong vitality and grows about 3 meters in a year. A North Indian book from 2500 BC states that Moringa prevents 300 diseases. It is also used in Ayurveda, the world's oldest traditional medicine, and has been known to support people's diet and health since ancient times.
Moringa is known as the "miracle tree" or "tree of life" because it is a tree that contains a wealth of balanced nutrients.
In recent years, the effectiveness of moringa has been guaranteed by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), and it is becoming known around the world as a "superfood."
Moringa as a Superfood
Moringa, known as a superfood, is estimated to contain approximately 90 or more types of nutrients, including minerals and vitamins. We have listed the powers of Moringa, a treasure trove of nutrients.
1. Increased discharge capacity
It is rich in dietary fiber and potassium, which are involved in the excretion of toxins.
> Dietary fiber...highly recommended for those with chronic constipation or poor intestinal environment.
>Potassium... It also helps reduce unpleasant symptoms caused by a lack of excretory power, such as swelling and rough skin.
2. Boost your immunity
The moisture in moringa leaves and seeds is being studied for its potential anti-allergic properties.
For example, when an allergen, a substance that causes allergies, enters our body, a type of white blood cell called eosinophils becomes overactive and causes various symptoms in an attempt to fight against the allergen.
Moringa has been shown to have the effect of suppressing the excessive activity and proliferation of eosinophils.
3. Maintain health and beauty
It is rich in polyphenols, which have a high antioxidant effect and remove the active oxygen that causes physical disorders, blemishes, and acne. It is also rich in vitamins A and C, which keep the skin healthy, and vitamin E, which has anti-aging effects.
others
In addition, it contains a balanced amount of essential amino acids and minerals. It is also an eco-friendly plant that can be used in all its parts, including leaves, flowers, stems, roots, and seeds. It absorbs more than 20 times more CO2 than ordinary trees, and is a tree that can make a significant contribution to preventing global warming, so it is attracting attention as a sustainable food.
Caution: Moringa may have adverse effects on the uterine system.
Caution is advised when using during pregnancy, and consultation with a doctor is advised before taking.
Mulberry leaves and moringa. I wrote about the appeal of each. Both are essential foods for beauty and health from the inside. I would like to use them deliciously by taking them as tea or adding them to my daily meals as supplements.
