Article 1 Scope and Changes to These Terms and Conditions (1) These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions of use of the Service and apply to all use of the Service, including when a person wishing to register as a member (hereinafter referred to as a "Member Registration Applicant") applies for membership registration, and when registered members and non-members use the Service, and apply to all users of the Service, including members, member registration applicants, and non-members (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
(2) We may revise these Terms at any time without obtaining prior consent from users by notifying users by a method we deem appropriate, such as by posting on the website or by email. Article 2 Registration and Qualifications Anyone who wishes to register as a member of this service must apply to register for this service by following the procedures set out by our company, agreeing to these terms and conditions, and providing us with certain information (hereinafter referred to as "Registration Details") set out by our company in a manner set out by our company. Both individuals and corporations may register as members.
The Company shall, in accordance with its standards, determine whether or not to approve the registration of an applicant who has applied for registration under paragraph 1, and shall notify the applicant of such approval if the applicant is approved. The applicant's registration as a member shall be deemed complete upon the Company sending the notification under this paragraph, and the applicant shall be eligible to become a member after completing the registration procedure.
Registration procedures must be completed by the person who will be the user. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances.
If an applicant for membership registration falls under any of the following items, the Company may refuse registration or re-registration, and is under no obligation to disclose the reasons therefor.

(1) If there is any falsehood, error or omission in all or part of the registration information provided to us. (2) If you are a minor, an adult ward, a person under curatorship or assistance and have not obtained the consent of your legal representative, guardian, curator or assistant. (3) If we determine that you are a member of an anti-social force (meaning an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a right-wing group, an anti-social force, or any other similar person. The same applies below.) or have some kind of interaction or involvement with an anti-social force, such as cooperating or being involved in the maintenance, operation or management of an anti-social force through funding or other means. (4) If we determine that you are a person who has violated a contract with us in the past, or a person associated with you. (5) If you have been subject to measures such as the cancellation of your registration or suspension of use. (6) If we otherwise determine that your registration is inappropriate. Article 3 Registration Information and Changes to Registration Information (1) Member Information and Member Registration Procedure Please read these Terms and Conditions and the instructions for input carefully and enter the required information accurately in the designated input form. When registering member information, you cannot use special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc. If such characters are registered, we will change them.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the changes are registered will be carried out based on the information before the changes are registered.

Article 4 Management of Member ID and Password (1) Members shall, at their own responsibility, properly manage and store their passwords and member IDs related to this service, and shall not allow a third party to use them, or lend, transfer, change the name of, buy or sell them.
(2) The member shall be responsible for any damages arising from improper management of the password or member ID, errors in use, use by a third party, etc.
(3) If an ID or password is forgotten, its restoration or reissue will be carried out in accordance with the procedures specified by our company.
(4) If your ID and password have been leaked, or if you find that they have been or are likely to be used by a third party, you will immediately notify us and follow any instructions we give you.
Article 5 Suspension and Termination of Service, etc. We may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the content of this Service or other services without the prior consent of the customer. In such cases, we will disclose or notify you by a method that we deem appropriate, such as posting on this Service, sending e-mails, or sending written notices. In addition, in order to keep this Service in good operating condition, we may suspend or stop this Service or other services to carry out maintenance and inspections, etc., without the prior consent of the customer, for other reasons. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused by the user's inability to use this Service or other services.

Article 6 Purchasing Products (1) Users can purchase our products by using this service.
(2) If a user wishes to purchase a product, he/she shall apply to purchase the product in accordance with the method specified by our company.
(3) At the time when we send an email to the customer stating that we have accepted the user's application to purchase a product, a sales contract for that product will be deemed to have been established between the customer and our company.
(4) Delivery of products using this service is limited to within Japan. You cannot specify an overseas forwarding company as the delivery destination.
Article 7 Prohibited Acts When using the Service, Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts or acts that the Company deems to be applicable. If any of the following acts occur, the Company may suspend provision of the Service in whole or in part without prior notice.

(1) Use of the Service or other services that deviates from normal use. (2) Any act that is a nuisance to other users. (3) Any act that interferes with the business of our company. (4) Any act that infringes or may infringe trademark rights, copyright, privacy or other rights. (5) Applying for membership registration with false registration information. (6) Placing orders with false information or placing orders using the membership of another person, or assisting in such actions. (7) Reselling our products, listing or selling them on auction sites, etc., or preparing for such actions, or placing orders for other commercial purposes. (8) Unauthorized use of credit cards. (9) Unauthorized use of personal information of others. (10) Sending or writing harmful computer programs, e-mails, etc. (11) Unauthorized access to our servers or other computers. (12) Any other act that our company deems inappropriate. Article 8 Regarding Transactions If a user falls under any of the following items, our company may, without any warning or notice, restrict, refuse or suspend the transaction, or revoke the member rank or points rights, and cancel or terminate the contract.

(1) When any of the prohibited acts in Article 7 have been committed or when an order has been made in violation of the same. (2) When payment cannot be made by card in an application for card payment. (3) When an order is made after fraudulently using or allowing the use of another user's member ID and password. (4) When we are unable to contact you by telephone, email or other means of communication provided by you. (5) When you do not respond to our inquiries regarding the order. (6) When we determine that the order is for the resale of our products, listing or sale on an auction site or preparation for such an order, or for other profit-making purposes. (7) When the order exceeds the quantity normally used by an end user and the reason for this is unclear. (8) When the item is to be delivered outside of Japan. (9) When you have made repeated returns and exchanges and we have sent you a notice stating that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the future, and we determine that it is difficult to conduct normal transactions. (10) When these terms and conditions or the Shopping Guide have been violated. (11) When an order is made by a person under the age of 18 without parental consent. (12) In addition, if the Company determines that it is inappropriate to continue a transaction If any of the above conditions apply, the Company may suspend shipment until it is clear that there are no problems with the situation.
Even if the customer suffers disadvantage or damage as a result of the measures taken by the Company under this Article, the Company shall not be liable for any such disadvantage or damage.

Article 9: Returns and Exchanges If the delivered product is defective or different from your order, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a new one. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons are limited to unused products. In this case, we do not accept cash on delivery returns.

Article 11 Copyrights, etc. The Company's copyrighted works and intellectual property rights that it has the right to use cannot be used without the Company's consent. The Company will be deemed to have been granted the right to use any opinions or information sent to the Company by users. Please note that the opinions or information you have sent may be published on the Service or in publications.

Article 12 Handling of Personal Information (1) Our handling of the Members’ user information (including Member Information; the same applies below) shall be governed by our separate Privacy Policy, and Members agree to our handling of their user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(2) We may, at our discretion, use and disclose any information, data, etc. (including but not limited to member information) provided to us by members as statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals, and members may not object to this.
Article 13 Governing Law The establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 14 Jurisdiction If a problem arises between the User and the Company arising from or related to the Service or other services, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the problem. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the problem is not resolved through negotiation, both the User and the Company shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, and may file a lawsuit or request arbitration.
