TO MAKE: For a healthier spin on breakfast and lunch.
For each half portion of this packet, add 2 eggs and 170cc of your favorite milk (almond, soy, dairy etc.)
and combine well. Cook in a frying pan until browned.
For a fully vegan recipe, substitute eggs for 100g of silken tofu or mashed banana.
