Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Burdock root vegan & gluten-free brownies
The team at The Elephant Kitchen baked some brownies using GRØN's PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN .
This is a vegan and gluten-free dessert that does not contain eggs, dairy products, or wheat.
He kindly shared the recipe with us, so we would like to introduce it to you.
<Ingredients> (Serves 4)
Seeds・GRØN・PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN : 120g
・Vegan chocolate: 40g
・Coconut oil: 30g
・Cane sugar: 35g
・Soy milk: 120g
・Cocoa powder: 8g
Burdock for sauteing: 50g
・Coconut oil: 8g
・Cane sugar: 8g
Optional: coconut whipped cream
<Recipe>
1.) Cut the burdock root into thin strips and saute it in coconut oil and cane sugar.
2.) Mix all ingredients except for the burdock root and the chocolate melted in a double boiler.
3.) Add 2/3 of the sautéed burdock root, stir again and pour into a mold lined with parchment paper.
4.) Top with the remaining 1/3 of the burdock root and bake in a 180° oven for about 20 minutes.
Burdock is rich in dietary fiber that warms the body, making the cacao taste even richer.
