GRØN's Golden Warrior Recipe - A Solid Smoothie Today
Protein smoothie (2 large cups)
A smoothie packed with protein.
It's filling, so it's perfect as a breakfast replacement.
【Ingredients】
・GRØN Protein Blend 1 packet (20g)
*I used Golden Warrior this time, but you can use other flavors too.
・Plant-based milk: 350ml (I used rice milk this time)
・Frozen banana: 1 medium size ・Honey: 1 tablespoon (maple syrup or 2 dates are also OK)
・Cacao powder: 1 tablespoon ・Tahini: 2 tablespoons
【 as you like 】
・Coconut flakes ・Vegan yogurt (You can also use yogurt if you're okay with that)
【How to make】
Just mix the ingredients in a blender and pour into a cup
*Add the frozen bananas first and the powder last to avoid any powder remaining.
Smoothie Recipe
for 2 big glasses
2. Frozen Banana
2 table spoons of Honey (maple syrup or 4 dates works too)
2. Tablespoon Cacao
4. Table spoon Tahini
1 GRON packet
700 ml rice milk ( any Plant-Based Milk, Unsweetend would work )
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until smooth
Pour into a glass, serve immediately!
