Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Protein x Fermented food, Easy sake lees cookies
A healthy snack that's easy to make.
Introducing dishes that can be made using sake lees, a fermented food.
<Ingredients>
・GRØN・PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN : 200g
・Firm tofu: 120g
・Sake lees: 50g
・Butter: 20g
・Sesame seeds: 3 tablespoons ・Honey: 3 tablespoons
<Recipe>
1.) Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2.) Add the room temperature butter to the PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN and mix thoroughly, then add the tofu and mix again.
* If it is too runny, add a small amount of mix to adjust the consistency so that it remains firm even when combined.
3.) Mix the sesame seeds evenly and the filling is ready.
4.) Shape to your desired consistency. We recommend a diameter of 4-5cm and a thickness of 1.5-2cm.
5.) Bake in a 170℃ oven for 15 minutes. You can bake it a little longer if you want it to be browned.
It's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a slightly sweet, nostalgic flavor.
