Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Vegan persimmon pancakes topped with seasonal flavors

We would like to introduce a menu of GRØN's gluten-free pancakes, which do not contain any animal ingredients, topped with autumn fruits.

<Ingredients> (Serves 2)
GRØN Pancake Mix & Protein : 150g
・Soy milk: 200cc (You can also use your favorite milk such as cow's milk or almond milk)
・Banana: 1 bag ・Persimmon: 1 piece ・Maple syrup: to taste

<Recipe>
1.) Mix pancake mix and soy milk together
2.) Mash it with a masher and mix it well with the other ingredients.
3.) Cook both sides until browned.
4.) Top with persimmon and maple syrup and serve.

Persimmons contain a variety of vitamins.
It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, K, etc., with the C content being twice as much as that of citrus fruits such as mandarins.
Another major feature is that it is rich in polyphenols, which have excellent antioxidant properties.
