Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Pumpkin pancakes and komatsuna potage
It's getting chilly these days.
Using GRØN Pancake Mix & Protein , we made pancakes that tasted like autumn's harvest.
Komatsuna potage served with Green Monster protein blend .
This is a nutritious brunch menu packed with seasonal flavors, vitamins, minerals, and plenty of protein.
Pumpkin Pancakes
<Ingredients> About 6 servings
・GRØN Pancake Mix & Protein 140g
・2 eggs ・160ml soy milk
・Quarter pumpkin (approximately 300g)
1.) Steam or microwave the pumpkin to soften it, then mash it.
2.) Whisk together protein pancake mix, eggs, soy milk, and mashed pumpkin until smooth.
3.) Fry in a frying pan with olive oil (not included in the recipe).
*Add walnuts, cream cheese, or olive oil to taste.
Komatsuna potage
<Ingredients> For about 2 people
GRØN Protein Blend -Green Monster 20g
1 bag of Komatsuna (approx. 200g)
1/2 onion 10g butter
1 consommé cube 300ml soy milk
1.) Fry roughly chopped komatsuna and onion in butter and add the consomme cube.
2.) Blend in a blender until smooth.
3.) Add the Green Monster and soy milk and heat, being careful not to let it boil.
After your morning workout or jog.
