Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Protein oatmeal
Oatmeal is the precursor to Japanese porridge.
Adding pancake mix to this makes it more filling and goes even better with the nuts.
I'd like to introduce such a menu today.
<Ingredients> (Serves 2)
・GRØN・PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN : 40g
・Oats: 1 cup ・Your favorite milk: 2 cups (soy milk, almond milk, cow's milk, etc.)
・Pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds: a handful ・Cinnamon: a little ・Salt: a little
<Recipe>
1.) Place all ingredients except nuts in a saucepan and mix evenly.
2.) Place over medium to high heat, and when it starts to boil, reduce heat to low. Stir continuously with a spatula for about 3 minutes, and when the dough starts to thicken and come together, turn off the heat.
3.) Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and serve. Serve while warm 🙏
An easy to make meal that will warm you up.
Try it on a cold morning.
