Recipe using GRØN pancake mix - Gluten-free muffins with goji berries and coconut milk
Goji berry coconut milk gluten free muffins
Gluten-free muffins made with GRØN pancake mix & protein for an efficient protein intake.
The natural sweetness of coconut milk and goji berries makes this an addictive treat.
It also contains coconut oil, so it will cleanse your body from the inside out.
<Ingredients> (4 servings)
· 1/2 packet of GRØN pancake mix & protein · 2 eggs · 160cc coconut milk
A few goji berries
<Recipe>
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Mix all ingredients except goji berries and pour into muffin molds.
3. Bake in a 160°C oven for 5 minutes.
4. After baking for 5 minutes, add the goji berries and bake for another 10 minutes.
*Use a bamboo skewer or something similar to check the doneness and adjust it accordingly.
It is also recommended to dip it in coconut milk.
