GRØN pancake recipe - Easy gluten-free lemon cake
The team at The Elephant Kitchen created a lemon cake using GRØN's PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN .
This is a gluten-free dessert that is free of dairy products, wheat, and protein.
This is our next menu introduction, following the hugely popular burdock root vegan and gluten-free brownies.
Pancake Mix Recipe - Burdock Root Vegan & Gluten Free Brownies
<Ingredients> (Makes 4 6cm muffins)
・GRØN・PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN : 100g
・Egg: 1 ・Coconut oil: 30g
・Cane sugar: 40g
・Soy milk: 50g
・Lemon juice: 30g
・Lemon slices (as needed)
<Recipe>
1.) Mix all ingredients except the lemon slices thoroughly with a ladle and pour into a mold lined with baking paper.
2.) Top with lemon slices.
3.) Bake in a 180°C oven for about 20 minutes.
* Be careful not to burn yourself when removing it.
It has a nice sour lemon flavour and is very delicious.
