GRØN's Green Monster Recipe - To survive the cold weather. Hot drink with Yuzu Ginger Corbon
This is a collaboration menu between Corbon, which uses natural yeast from Izu, and the protein blend Green Monster.
I used the seasonal Yuzu Ginger Corbon flavor.
<Ingredients> (1 serving)
・GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster : 15g
・Corbon Yuzu & Ginger Life Plus : 20ml
・Hot water: 200cc
<Recipe>
1.) Pour GRØN's protein blend Green Monster and Corbon Yuzu Ginger into a glass.
2.) Pour hot water over it.
3.) Stir until there are no lumps left and then read on to find out what you think.

Yuzu and ginger are both traditional Japanese superfoods. Yuzu is a citrus fruit with a strong aroma and moderate acidity that is resistant to the cold, while ginger, which is characterized by its spiciness as you know, is an ingredient used in medicinal cuisine and is said to be effective against poor circulation.
GRØN's Green Monster is a mix of shell ginger, which is also from the ginger family, and bear bamboo, which is said to be eaten by bears to detox before hibernation.
This is the perfect menu to have before going to bed in winter.
