GRØN's Golden Warrior Recipe - Curried Protein Soup
Easy curry-flavored protein soup (serves 2)
It will warm your body in the coming season.
A soup packed with vegetables, perfect for autumn and winter.
【material】
・GRØN Protein Blend Golden Warrior 1 packet (20g)
・Garlic: 1.5 cloves
・Coconut oil: 2 teaspoons
・Green onions: 2 stalks
・Red pepper: 1/2
・Onion: 1/2
・Carrots: 2
・Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon (1 fresh turmeric if available)
・Paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
・Natural salt: 1 pinch
・Soy milk: 400cc (oat milk or almond milk are also acceptable *unsweetened)
・Pumpkin seeds: 1 handful
・Lemon: 1/8
【How to make】
(1) Chop the garlic, green onion, onion, carrot, and chili pepper.
(2) Fry the cut ingredients in coconut oil (until the carrots become soft).
(3) Add soy milk (you can use other milk instead)
(4) Add GRØN Protein Blend (add Golden Warrior) and stir.
(5) Roast the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan
(6) Add pumpkin seeds and lemon juice to the finished soup to finish.

SOUP RECIPE
for 2 bowls (meal size)
1.5 Garlic
2 spoons of coconut oil
2. Scallion
1/2 mild red chille
half white onion
2. Big carrots
1 small fresh turmeric if not 1 table spoon turmeri powder
half table spoon Paprika powder (smoked or not smoked)
Sea salt
2 cups Soy milk ( any plant based milk works as long as not sweetened )
chop garlic, scallions turmeric & chili
Stir fry in coconut oil
Add chopped onions, carrots and paprika powder.
Stir fry them until carrots are soft. Add GRON.
In a mean time, war up pumpkin seeds in the pan and shut the heat once they start popping. Set aside.
Add Soy milk into a soup mix & hand blender & Vola!
