These crunchy oatmeal cookies can be easily snacked on the go and can be easily stashed in your bag!
Gluten Free | No Refined Sugar
<Ingredients>
・70g oatmeal
・GRØN Protein Powder (any flavor) 40g
・Pinch of salt ・1 egg*
・30g of your favorite oil
・20g* honey
・80-90g dried fruits/nuts/chocolate
*If you want to make it vegan, omit the eggs and add a little more oil. Use another sweetener such as agave instead of honey.
<How to make>
1. Place the oatmeal, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl and stir together with a spatula or large spoon.
2. In another medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and honey.
3. Add ingredients 2 to bowl 1 and mix well. When the dough starts to come together, add the dried fruits and nuts and mix again.
4. Form into desired size and bake at 160℃ for 15-20 minutes, then cool and it's done.
