GRØN's Red Heat Recipe - Easy Fruity Banana and Mango Protein Smoothie
A simple and fruity protein smoothie made with banana and mango.
<Ingredients> (for 1 glass)
・GRØN Protein Blend Red Heat : 20g
・1 frozen banana ・4 slices of frozen mango ・100ml coconut water
・200ml unsweetened soy milk etc.
<How to make>
1. Simply put all ingredients in a blender or food processor!
2. Serve in your favorite jar or glass, or top with granola or fruit for a delicious finish!

1. Frozen banana
4. Frozen mango chunks
100ml coconut water
200ml soy/nut milk
[Instructions]
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Pour into your favorite glass, jar or even a bowl. Maybe add some granolas or fruit on top, and just enjoy the fruity smoothie!!
