GRØN's Criollo Berries Recipe - A no-guilt oatmeal chocolate fondant
Just 3 minutes in the microwave! It's healthy so no guilt!
This is a chocolate fondant that you can make with just oatmeal.
Chocolate Oatmeal Fondant - 3 mins in microwave!!
<Ingredients> (1 serving)
・2 tablespoons (20g) of GRØN Protein Blend Criollo Berries
2 + 1/2 tablespoons autoflower*
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3 + 1/2 tablespoons soy milk (unsweetened)
A few drops of vanilla extract 2-3 blocks of your favorite chocolate
*Oatmeal ground into powder using a blender.
【How to make】
1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a heat-resistant cup or bowl and top with chopped chocolate.
2. Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, being careful not to let it boil over.
3. Enjoy hot!
2 tbsps (=1 packet) GRØN criollo berries
2 + 1/2 tbsp oat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
2 tbsp of oil of your choice
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 + 1/2 tbsps milk of your choice (but avoid oat milk!!)
a few drops of vanilla essence
2-3 Chocolate blocks, crushed
[Instructions]
1. mix all the ingredients except the chocolate blocks in a heat-resisting cup or bowl, and finish off with chocolate on top.
2. Microwave it for 2-3 minutes while keeping an eye on for it not to explode.
3. Dig in before it gets cold!!
