GRØN's Matcha All-Stars Recipe - Delicious Healthy Matcha Granola
Contains half the amount of sugar compared to store-bought granola!
"Delicious Healthy Matcha Granola" that you can eat without feeling guilty
<Ingredients>
・GRØN Protein Blend Matcha All-Stars 2 tablespoons (20g)
・170g oatmeal
・1 tablespoon matcha powder
・Pinch of salt ・Nuts (I used cashews this time) as much as you like ・90g dates
・50g coconut oil
・3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
・Dark chocolate (as much as you like)
<How to make>
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Mix all ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
3. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
4. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
5. Cool completely and cut into desired sizes and it's done!
It can be stored in a Tupperware or jar at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about a month. If you want to store it for an even longer period, put it in the freezer!

・Rolled oats 170g
・@groen.jp Matcha Allstars blend 2 tbsps
・Matcha powder 1 tbsp
・A pinch of salt
・Nuts of your choice
・Dates 100g
・Coconut oil 50g
・Maple syrup 3-4 tbsps
・Dark chocolate chunks or chips
1. Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius degrees.
2. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate, and mix well.
3. Spread evenly onto a baking tray, and bake for 30-40 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it not to burn!!
4. Remove from the oven once it's nicely baked, and top the chocolate (as much as you want 😏).
5. Wait for about 1h to let it cool completely, and enjoy!!
6. You can store this granola in a jar or container for up to 1 month, and for longer in the freezer.
