GRØN Criollo Berries Recipe - Chocolate Protein Cake with Criollo Berries
It can be done in the microwave in just 1 and a half minutes!
A high protein chocolate cake.
<Ingredients> (for 1 glass)
・1 tablespoon (10g) of GRØN Protein Blend Criollo Berries
- 4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon soy milk
- 1/2 tablespoon agave/maple syrup
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
(topping)
- Nuts
- Maple syrup
【How to make】
1. Place the flour ingredients in a bowl and mix roughly.
2. Add the liquids (soy milk to peanut butter) and stir well, then transfer to a microwave-safe, heat-resistant mug.
3. Heat in the microwave for about 1.5 minutes until moist. (It tends to boil over, so we recommend heating it in 30-second intervals.)
4. Top with nuts and maple syrup and it's done.
Choc-Protein Mug Cake - Made in 1.5 minutes with JUST MICROWAVE
[Ingredients]
- GRØN Criollo Berries 1 tbsp
- 4 tbsps whole wheat flour
- Pure cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Soy milk 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
- Agave / maple syrup 1/2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
(toppings)
- Roasted nuts
- Maple syrup
【Instructions】
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
3. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, and microwave it for about 1.5 mins. (I recommend you do 30 secs 3 times so that the batter won't explode while heated!!)
4. Top with your favorite nuts and syrup, and just DIG IN!!
