GRØN's Green Monster Recipes - Green Smoothie and Banana Smoothie

Introducing a menu of smoothies using GRØN's protein blend.
This is a vegan recipe that does not use any animal products.

Green smoothie and banana smoothie (for 2 people)

Ingredients (for 2 people)
<Green Smoothie>
Green Monster 1 bag (20g)
・Soy milk (almond milk) 150ml
1/2 apple (optional - makes it easier to make)

<Apple smoothie>
1 apple 150ml soy milk (almond milk)

<How to make>
(1) Make a green smoothie. Cut an apple into pieces, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well.

(2) Make an apple smoothie. Cut the apple into pieces, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well.

(3) Pour in the green smoothie first, then slowly pour in the apple smoothie while tilting the glass. (Be careful not to pour too quickly as they will mix together.)
