GRØN's Criollo Berries Recipe - Chia Pudding with Cocoa and Berries

Yogurt and vegan yogurt are rich in lactic acid bacteria.
These ingredients are also ideal for improving intestinal flora, and are a perfect match for chia seeds, which are rich in omega-3 and dietary fiber, which activate bacteria.

It is then topped with GRØN Criollo Berries .
We will introduce you to some nutritious menus with added nutrients such as polyphenols and vitamin C, which have antioxidant properties.

<Ingredients> (for 1 glass)
GRØN Protein Blend Criollo Berries: 20g
・30g frozen raspberries
・5g chia seeds
・100g soy milk yogurt (regular yogurt is fine)

<How to make>
・Soak the chia seeds in water (3-10 hours, the amount of water should be at least 10 times the amount of chia seeds).
・Blend 50g of the raspberry, protein and soy yogurt in a blender. ・Pour the remaining yogurt into a glass, top with the chia seeds added back in, and finally layer ② on top to complete.
