GRØN's Red Heat Recipe - Lactic Acid Bacteria Boost Your Immune System Vegan Berry Yogurt Smoothie
The time has come when you need to protect your body.
Today, I'd like to introduce you to GRØN's smoothies containing fermented foods, which you can easily incorporate into your diet to boost your immunity.
In addition to the rice koji amazake contained in GRØN, today I added plant-based lactic acid bacteria and soy yogurt.
In the United States, the home of wellness food, a variety of vegan yogurts, such as cashew yogurt and coconut yogurt, are available in supermarkets.
I'm excited to think that these will come to Japan in the future.
Fermented foods help balance the good bacteria in the intestines and keep the intestinal environment normal.
