Introducing a heart-warming meal menu
Protein Blend - Gratin using Green Monster .
Just add it to your regular menu.
It's a quick and convenient menu.
<Ingredients> 1-2 servings GRØN Protein Blend -Green Monster 20g
・1 chicken thigh ・1/2 onion ・1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms ・1 bunch of spinach ・200ml soy milk
・1 tablespoon rice flour
・1 tablespoon miso
・Mixed cheese (as needed)
1.) Add olive oil (not included in the recipe) to a pan and fry the chicken and onion cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.) Add chopped spinach and stir fry.
3.) Turn off the heat and sprinkle in the rice flour.
4.) Add the soy milk, miso, and protein blend and bring to a boil (but do not bring to a boil).
5.) Transfer to a heat-resistant plate, top with cheese and bake in the oven until browned.
Easy and healthy.
