GRØN's Red Heat Recipe - Soy Protein Potage
GRØN's protein is not too sweet.
One of its features is that it can be used not only as a drink but also in cooking.
Today we will introduce a potage recipe using GRØN's protein blend Red Heat.
This menu was created by the popular chef UTOSH .
Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Protein Blend - Red Heat 10g
・1 carrot ・1/8 pumpkin
・1 onion ・1 piece of grated ginger (3cm tube)
・A little salt ・1 tablespoon olive oil
・100-200ml water
<How to make>
1.) Cut the carrots and pumpkin into thin slices 1cm wide, and cut the onion into 1cm cubes.
2.) Add olive oil to a frying pan, cover, and fry slowly over medium-low heat until the moisture comes out. Add water, ginger, and salt, and mix in a blender until done. (You can also use a hand blender.)
You can also use potato or sweet potato instead of pumpkin and it will still be delicious.
