GRØN's Red Heat recipe - a warming protein borsch soup
December is here and the cold is in full swing.
Here's a recipe for a borsch-style soup using a protein blend that will warm you up during the winter.
This dish originated in the extremely cold land of Russia, so it is a menu packed with wisdom and nutrients to help you get through the winter.
If you're gluten-free, choose ingredients that don't contain wheat, and if you're vegan, add king oyster mushrooms instead of meat. Choose ingredients based on your preferences and nutritional value and make your own unique arrangement.
