Recipe using GRØN Red Heat - Protein Yogurt with Figs and Cocoa Nibs
Figs are also known as the "sacred fruit" or "immortality fruit" because they are rich in minerals.
It contains calcium, iron, pectin, potassium, etc., and is known as a fruit that is good for beauty and health because it has anti-aging properties, suppresses the rise of cholesterol levels, and prevents sudden increases in blood sugar levels.
Also, fig is written in kanji as "mukae."
People tend to mistake it for having no flowers, but what they eat and think is the fruit is actually the flower.
In reality, it is a bag-like structure of the flower axis called a sac.
This time, we arranged the figs in a way that allows you to enjoy the flower part.
Ingredients for 1 person
・Protein Blend - Red Heat 10g
・150g yogurt (vegans can use coconut yogurt or soy yogurt)
・Handful of cacao nibs ・1/2 a fig
~How to make~
1.) Add the red heat to the yogurt and mix.
2.) Top the yogurt with figs and cacao nibs.
