GRØN's Green Monster Recipe - Detox after the New Year: Protein and Blueberry Chia Pudding
Blueberries are rich in vitamin C and polyphenols.
We'll introduce you to a recipe that will refresh both your body and mind, using GRØN Green Monster protein blend as a protein supplement.
Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
・Chia seeds: 1/4 cup ・Coconut milk: 150cc
・Coconut cream: 50cc
・GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster : 20g
・Blueberries (fresh or frozen): 1 cup ・Agave syrup: 2 tablespoons ・Maple syrup: a little ・Handful of walnuts
<Recipe>
1.) Soak chia seeds in coconut milk, mix well and leave in the fridge overnight.
2.) Combine 2/3 of the blueberries with the agave syrup and let sit for about 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
3.) Pour 2. into the bottom of the glass.
4.) Add GREEN MONSTER to the chia seeds from step 1 and stir until there are no lumps left, then pour over step 3.
5.) Add more coconut cream on top.
6.) Top with the remaining blueberries, maple syrup, and walnuts. You can enjoy different flavors by mixing it in different ways.
The sweetness and sourness are mixed together in just the right amount, making it delicious.
