GRØN's Green Monster recipe - A quick and easy breakfast made with kiwi and yogurt
Today I'd like to introduce you to an easy recipe using GRØN Green Monster and yogurt, perfect for breakfast.
<Ingredients> (1 serving)
・GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster : 20g
・Kiwi: 1/2
・Yogurt: 180g (you can also use soy milk yogurt or amazake in a pouch if you prefer)
・Roasted chia seeds: appropriate amount ・Oligosaccharides (honey is also OK if you like): as you like
Just mix yogurt and Green Monster together.
The tartness and sweetness of kiwi fruit, which is rich in Vitamin C, makes it very delicious.
It's also recommended for a simple breakfast.
This time, we used "Snow Flower Frappe Ancient Color" from Hirota Glass, a long-established Edo Kiriko maker.
