GRØN Green Monster Recipe - Healthy Breakfast Avocado & Green Superfood Protein Balls

Avocados have a nutty flavor and are popular among women.
Here's a recipe using avocado and GRØN's GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster .

<Ingredients> (Serves 2)
◾A◾
GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster
・2 ripe avocados ・200g of your favorite milk (almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
・1 banana ・5 dates ・Pinch of salt

◾B◾
・Yogurt (vegan yogurt is OK): 60g
・Almonds: a few

<Recipe>
1.) Blend all ingredients A in a mixer until smooth.
2.) Finish with Greek yogurt and almonds.

Avocados are rich in unsaturated fatty acids that help reduce bad cholesterol.
It also contains plenty of vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties.
