GRØN Green Monster Recipe - Easy Vegan Milk Smoothie Ready in 40 Seconds
A quick smoothie for those busy mornings.
Just mix it with your shaker and your favorite milk and you're done.
<Ingredients> (1 serving)
• Green Monster Protein Blend : 2 tablespoons (approximately 20g)
•Milk of your choice: 200ml
(If you are okay with almond milk, soy milk, or dairy products, we also recommend milk or yogurt drinks.)
Optional: • Mint or edible flowers: Dried dandelion is used in the photo.

1. Pour your favorite drink into a shaker and add your protein blend on top.
2. Pour the shaken mixture into a glass (or just pour it directly into a glass).
3. Top with mint and edible flowers and it's done.
Point
To make it easier to mix, we recommend choosing a thin milk.
A simple smoothie made with Green Monster, which not only contains protein but also detoxifying ingredients.
If you want protein, have soy milk.
If you want to get some minerals while still being low in calories, try almond milk.
