GRØN Red Heat Recipe - Ginger and Blueberry Protein Smoothie
A smoothie recipe using GRØN's protein blend "Red Heat."
Since it uses blueberries and ginger, you can expect antioxidant and fat burning effects!
<Ingredients> (Serves 3)
・Protein Blend Red Heat : 3 tablespoons (approximately 30g)
・Your favorite milk: 450g (coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, cow's milk, etc.)
・Blueberries: 1 handful ・Ginger: 1 small piece (about 40g)
・3 tablespoons of agave syrup ・A pinch of cinnamon ・3 slices of dried orange
1.) Combine all ingredients except dried orange in a blender.
2.) Stop when you feel the ginger lose its shape.
3.) Garnish with dried orange and it's done!
A smoothie that provides a refreshing protein boost on hot days.
If you want to drink it cold, just add ice and it will taste like a Frappuccino!
