GRØN Green Monster Recipe - Healthy Breakfast Matcha Cashew Balls
Whole Foods Matcha is now a globally popular tea made by simply grinding up the leaves.
We will introduce recipes using matcha, which contains catechins and folic acid, and GRØN's GRØN protein blend Green Monster .
<Ingredients> (Serves 2)
◾️A◾️
・GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster : 20g
・Your favorite milk (almond milk, soy milk, cow's milk, etc.): 200g
・Banana: 1 ・Matcha powder: 1 teaspoon ・Cashew nuts: 6-7 pieces ・Honey: 1-2 tablespoons ◾️B◾️
・Matcha powder: a small amount ・Cashew nuts: a few grains ・Chia seeds: a small amount ・Oats: a small amount
<Recipe>
1.) Blend all ingredients A in a mixer until smooth.
*If you like it sweeter, add two tablespoons of honey, but if you use animal milk, you can omit the honey.
2.) Add all the toppings of B in the amount you like and you're done.
The combination of refreshing matcha and mugwort is outstanding.
This dish contains cashew nuts and oats, making it a filling meal.
