Recipes using GRØN's Red Heat -Meatless Monday! Protein-packed oatmeal

Introducing a protein-packed menu using coconut and oatmeal.
The almonds retain their crunchy texture, making this a very satisfying dish!

<Ingredients> (2 bowls)
・Oatmeal: 1 cup ・Protein Blend Red Heat : 4 tablespoons (approximately 30g)
・2 cups coconut milk or your favorite vegan milk ・1 teaspoon coconut oil ・Handful of almonds ・Pinch of salt

<Recipe>
1.) Add the coconut milk and coconut oil to a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
2.) Once the coconut oil has melted, add the oats and RED HEAT Protein Blend to the saucepan and, stirring gently, increase heat to boiling.
3.) Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring slowly, for 3-5 minutes until oats are tender.
4.) Transfer to a container, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, mix again, and finish by sprinkling on chopped almonds.

Meatless Monday is a movement popular in the United States and other countries in which people don't eat animal products on Mondays.
It might be a good idea to take a day off meat, like Monday, the start of the week, and think about the Earth and your own health.
