Recipes using GRØN's Green Monster - Protein Bliss Balls for a protein boost during breaks

When you realize you're feeling a bit tired, take a deep breath.
Introducing Protein Bliss Balls, the perfect snack to soothe your mind and take a break from your day.
This is a convenient menu item to carry around that also provides iron and minerals.

Ingredients (for about 15 pieces)
GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster: 20g
1/2 cup oats 10 prunes 20 small dates 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

<Recipe>
1.) Remove the seeds from the prunes and dates and chop them as finely as possible. Place them in a bowl and mash with the side of a spoon to mix.
2.) Mix the other ingredients thoroughly in a separate bowl.
3.) Gradually add the flour from step 2 to bowl 1, and mix with your hands or a wooden spatula, pressing and kneading until it is a uniform consistency. The dough is ready when it feels a little firm, as it can easily lose its shape depending on the temperature. If it is too firm, add a little honey or agave syrup to adjust.
4.) Keep the mixture together and let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
5.) Remove from the fridge and roll into balls of desired size with your hands.

They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as souvenirs or as something to carry around instead of a packed lunch.
