GRØN's Green Monster Recipe - Crispy Rice Flour and Kinako Cookies

Crispy rice flour cookies made with kinako flour Gluten Free Kinako Cookies
Gluten-free No refined sugar No butter No eggs

<Ingredients>
・1 pack of GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster (2 tablespoons = 20g)
・60g (100ml) rice flour
・10g (1 tablespoon) potato starch
・10g soybean flour (1.5 tablespoons)
・30g cane sugar (3 tablespoons)
・Oil 45g (55ml)
・25g soy milk (2 tablespoons)
・1 tablespoon peanut butter

<How to make>
1. Place the flour ingredients in a large bowl and mix quickly.
2. Add oil, soy milk, and peanut butter and mix until combined. If it crumbles, add more oil and soy milk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
3. Wrap in saran wrap and shape into a shape (in the video it's a square, but a circle will do just fine).
4. Cut into pieces about 5mm to 7mm thick, arrange on a tray and bake in a toaster oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes. You can also cover the top with aluminum foil to prevent it from burning.
5. Once cooked through, it's done! It's delicious hot, but it's also delicious cold!

Yomogi Kinako GF Cookies

[Ingredients]
60g (100ml) rice flour
10g (1 tbsp) corn starch
10g (1.5 tbsps) Kinako
30g (3 tbsps) cane/coconut sugar
15g (2 tbsps = 1 packet) @groen.jp Green Monster
45g (55ml) oil of your choice
25g (2 tbsps) soy milk
1 tbsp peanut butter

【Instructions】
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
3. Make a squared or round shape and cut into 5mm-7mm cookies.
4. Toast or bake at 200 Celsius degrees for 15 minutes, or until the inside is well baked. ENJOY!!! (To prevent the cookies from burning, lay a foil over the them while baking.)
