GRØN's Green Monster Recipe - Protein Parfait with Dragon Fruit
The summer heat is still lingering these days.
Here's a refreshing recipe using dragon fruit that's perfect for such a day.
It is made using coconut water, which is rich in dietary fiber and is said to help lower body temperature.
<Ingredients> (For 1 cup)
・GRØN Protein Blend Green Monster : 20g
・Dragon fruit: 1 ・Coconut water: 150ml
・Yogurt (you can also use soy milk yogurt if you prefer): 150g
・Lemon: 1/2
・Oligosaccharides (honey is fine if you like): appropriate amount
<Recipe>
1.) Yogurt and Green Monster mixture on the bottom
2.) Squeeze the dragon fruit and add the coconut water and lemon mixture on top.
3.) Finish by topping with plenty of diced dragon fruit.
You can add oligosaccharides as you like.
If you like something sweet, try mixing it with yogurt or coconut water.
