Happy St. Valentine's day!
Happy St. Valentine's day!
Cocoa to make chocolate.
Cocoa beans are basically divided into three varieties: Criollo, Forastero, and Trinitario.
Among them, the Criollo variety is known as a rare variety and is said to account for less than 1% of the cocoa in circulation in the world.
The phytochemical components contained in it as nutrients are said to act as antioxidants and help with anti-aging care, while the minerals, dietary fiber, and omega-6 are said to be beauty-supporting ingredients.
Theobromine is also a superfood suitable for beauty as it relaxes you and relieves stress related to beauty.
Here are the main nutrients:
• Phytochemical components (cocoa polyphenols, carotenoids, theobromine, phenylethylamine)
• Minerals (magnesium, iron, chromium, zinc, copper, manganese, etc.)
• Dietary fiber • Unsaturated fatty acids (omega 6)
Cacao has a long history of use as medicine and has a variety of benefits.
We will talk more about that shortly.
Chocolates to decorate Valentine's Day.
It would be an even more wonderful day if we could achieve health and beauty through the cacao plant!
Well then!
Have a great St. Valentine's day!
