Hanzomon coffee stand BIRD BATH & KIOSK starts selling GRØN sweets
BIRD BATH & KIOSK is a coffee stand opened in Ichibancho, Chiyoda Ward by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, led by architects Makoto Tanijiri and Ai Yoshida.
As part of the opening menu, we are selling sweets made with GRØN's PANCAKE MIX & PROTEIN .
This space is supervised by food director and Unite representative Mitsuru Asamoto and is based on the concept of "thinking about working is thinking about resting," and the team at Elephant Kitchen prepare and serve gluten-free muffins and vegan brownies.
Enjoy delicious coffee and healthy sweets between work breaks or for a quick breakfast.
