About your order

【how to order】
If you are already a registered member, please log in and proceed to purchase.
When purchasing, please follow the steps below:
You can order the product by following the steps below:

  1. Please select a product.
    On the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the shopping cart screen.

  2. Please check the contents of your order.
    Check the items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout".
    *If you have any requests, such as specifying a delivery date and time, please click "View Cart" and enter your request in the comments section.
    *If you wish to use a coupon, enter the coupon code and click "Apply."

  3. Please proceed with your order according to the contents of your cart.
    Please enter and select the required information, such as selecting your payment method and confirming your shipping address.

  4. Please confirm your order details.
    Please check the details on the order confirmation screen and click "Pay Now" to confirm your order information.

  5. Order completion <br>Once your order number is displayed, your order is complete.

  6. Please confirm your order details in the automatic reply email.
    When you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.

    * If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it may have been sorted into spam. In addition, the email will be sent from the "@greenbase.jp" domain, so please set up your email settings to receive emails from this domain.
*Please make sure to keep a record of the order receipt number until the product arrives. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of the customer after the order has been placed.
*If you do not know your order number and have not received an order confirmation email, it is possible that your order was not completed successfully.

You can check your order history by following the steps below.
  1. Log in to [My Page].
  2. Please check [Order History] in your My Page.

Payment Method

Payment methods include credit card (JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX), Google Pay, Amazon Pay, apple Pay, convenience store payment (FamilyMart, Ministop, Lawson, Daily Yamazaki) and smartphone payment (PayPay, MelPay, LINE Pay).


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs <br>Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of the items ordered.
If the total amount of your order is 9,900 yen or more (tax included), shipping will be free anywhere in Japan.
If the total product amount is less than 9,900 yen (tax included), shipping costs will be 700 yen (tax included).
*Regular deliveries and some products are delivered free of charge.

Shipping (Delivery)
Each order will be shipped separately, and we cannot accommodate multiple orders together.
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will ship your item within 3 business days.

*Depending on weather and traffic conditions, and the contents of your order, it may take some time for your order to be shipped.

Gift Delivery <br data-mce-fragment="1">For gift delivery, you can specify the recipient of the gift or your preferred delivery address, including your home address.
Please note that you cannot select multiple delivery addresses for one order.
Additionally, gift orders do not include an invoice.

Delivery Note <br data-mce-fragment="1">A delivery note will be included with your product shipment.

About product cancellations, returns and exchanges

Cancellation <br data-mce-fragment="1">Cancellation is only accepted for orders before the product is prepared for shipping.
If you are a registered member, you can check if your item has not been shipped by checking your order history on your My Page. If you are not a registered member, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

Returns and Exchanges <br data-mce-fragment="1">As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons of customer convenience.

We take every precaution in product quality control and shipping, but if any of the following conditions apply, we will only accept returns or exchanges within 8 days of receiving the product.
・If the product is damaged or soiled ・If the product or quantity you received is different from what you ordered ・If the product is unused and unopened

However, please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived before you contact us - If the product has been opened or used (as it is a hygiene product)
・If the product is damaged or soiled due to reasons of the customer ・If the product was purchased at a store other than our online shop

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form and return the item to the specified address, cash on delivery.

Please return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered.
For set products, we will only accept returns or exchanges if all items in the set are present.


Points and Membership Levels

Points will be awarded according to the amount of your purchase. The point award rate differs depending on your membership stage.
・Points will be awarded based on the total order amount minus the amount of points used.
*Shipping and handling fees are not included.
・Points will be awarded after the product has been shipped, so please check your My Page.

Use the points
・Accumulated points can be exchanged for discount tickets.
There are three types of tickets available: 500 points for 500 yen off, 1000 points for 1000 yen off, and 2000 points for 2000 yen off.
・Click "Check your store credits" from your My Page and select "Exchange for store credits" from the menu that appears. The tickets you can use will be displayed, so click "Exchange". The tickets will be applied from your next purchase.
・We cannot accept changes to the amount of points used after an order has been completed. Please cancel and reorder using your points.

Points are valid for one year from the date of their last allocation or use.
